Lauren turns three!

Brian holding baby girl #4 right after she was born.
I wanted to add this picture of Lindsey, Kirsten, and Caroline. I love the look on their faces as they see Lauren for the first time. What a sweet moment. They all have such baby faces to me now. They are growing up too fast!

I love this one. They had the cutest baby hats for the baby girls in the hospital. We called it the Aunt Jemima look. You know the lady from the syrup bottle?

Lindsey and Lauren
She was our little finger sucker. It was so cute. I miss that so much!

More cute little Lauren

Happy 3rd Birthday to my baby Lauren!

Our little 3 year old!

Lauren loved her bitty baby and matching outfit.
We had a great day celebrating her birthday. We had a cookout and the weather was perfect!

Guess who is getting Married?

Q and U (Caroline is U)
Presenting Q and U and their teacher Ms. Patterson.
So every year our elementary school has a huge party when Q and U get married! Caroline was very excited because she was selected as the BRIDE for her class. All of the other children are assigned another letter of the alphabet.
Because our school is so big, they had two different wedding ceremonies with 4 brides and 4 grooms each. So here is Caroline with the other three brides from other classes. They played the wedding march song as they walked in. It was so so cute!!
Here they are getting married by the principal.
So Q and U are now Qu.... It was so adorable! We are going to have to save these pictures for her real wedding one day! She loved every minute of it! Afterwards they all went back to the classroom where they got to have wedding cake for snack time. Pretty cute.

First Snow Storm of the year

I know that it doesn't look like much but it snowed here for about 5 hours yesterday. There really was a lot of snow, it just melted because the ground was too warm. It was in the 60s the day before this storm blew through.
It was fun to watch. We were at church during most of the storm and all the kids wanted to just go out and play in what little snow we had. We thought that they would cancel school today but we lucked out. We live right across the street from another county and they cancelled school for them today and we live about 2 miles from yet another county that also cancelled school. I'm not complaining too much. I was home with all the kids last week because they all got the flu. They each had a high fever and cough for 5 days. That was not fun. We are all better now and I am enjoying my time with just one sweet little girl today.
This picture was taken about an hour after the snow stopped. The sun was trying to peek out. The weather here is so crazy.
