4th of July

This was the cutest picture. This was taken before we added the dish soap. Kirsten and her friend Bri kept holding hands with Lauren and helping her get to the bottom. Pretty cute.
Carrying her to the top of the slide.

Lindsey and her friend Xani.
I wish that I had a live shot of how awesome this looked. That is the back of Lindsey as she and the rest of our ward are flying down the slide. It was out of control.

4th of July

Lindsey is having a great time!
Classic Kirsten.
So much fun on the tummy.
I thought for sure that someone was going to break a bone. The youth and adults were all going down the slip n slide. Some of the young men were just flying and this one happened to hit Kirsten and her friend pretty hard. He felt really bad and this is how they ended at the bottom.
Just a shot of some of our youth from our ward having a blast.

Dance Time

It is dance recital time! The recital is in three weeks. We are gearing up for some busy times. School is out here in only two weeks!!! It is so crazy. Where has the time gone?
Here are some fun pictures that we had taken of the kids. I have been busy posting tons of pictures today. Make sure you scroll down and see all of them. There's a lot I know. I just love pictures. We love our little girls. Brian and I are truly blessed to have them. They are so much fun!

Lindsey in her dance recital costumes

Lindsey took three dance classes this year. Ballet, Jazz, and Character (like a Broadway style).
We are very proud of Lindsey because she was asked to be in the Accelerated Program at her dance studio. It is by invitation only to those girls around Lindsey's age who show they are performing at a more advanced level than the other girls. Our dance studio has a dance company that you can try out for at age 13. The Accelerated Program is basically for those girls who the owner wants to train and get ready to be on the company when they are 13 and up. They take more classes and move at a quicker pace. Lindsey also starts pre-point in August too. She is very excited for this opportunity. The fun thing is that there are three other girls around her age in our ward who are already in this program. As you can see from these pictures she looks just like me. She is my mini me!!

Lindsey and Lauren

Here is a candid picture of Lauren. She isn't even in dance yet, but we know how much she loves to dress up. Plus we couldn't leave her out of the sister pictures. She has been asking me for about 6 months now if she can take ballet. She is now finally old enough to be able to take ballet, we will start her in the fall. I will have 4 dancers pretty soon.

Kirsten in her ballet and jazz costume

Kirsten took ballet and jazz this year again. She is so funny. She complains about taking ballet sometimes but she is getting so much better at it. I can see this little glimmer in her eyes that she likes it more than she is telling me. My girls all have a natural turn-out for ballet (the position of the feet). I think that I have talked her into taking it again next year. We will see. I keep telling her the core of all dance is ballet. She loves jazz the best. This year for her jazz number they are dancing to "It's the Hard-Knock Life" from Annie. They are all orphans. That is why she is wearing the rag outfit. I just love the outfit, Kirsten loves it too. And the dance is just really really cute.

Caroline in her ballet costume

This is our Sweet Caroline! Don't you just want to eat her up? She is just too darling for words!
This year her ballet class are swans. It is just the sweetest little dance.
